This political cartoons shows two border patrol officers sitting down and talking next to a sign that read "no Jobs". One of the officers goes on to say, "We tried it all: Dogs, Helicopters, night vision, towering border fences. Who knew it would be this easy".

He said this because the giant sign at the border was better at deterring immigrants from coming into the country than everything else that they have tried. The artist is showing how these immigrants will take desperate and dangerous actions to get to the USA only for a job. many immigrants prefer to stay in there homeland but have no choice to leave in order to find a job to feed themselves or their families.
